The VP R&D will be committed to the expansion and growth of the company by implementing strategies that increase productivity and profit.
Has a Major part in the development of forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Strategic thinking and strong business sense are essential in this role. The CEO should be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

Directing all operational and professional aspects of the company in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the company director/s
Building and implementing business development, forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Direct managing and developing of executive employees. Creating of an organizational culture that is compatible with vision and strategy to support achieving company objectives

 

Vast Proven experience as a VP R&D and or CTO similar leadership role in an on-line company, managing a variety of professional departments (i.e. tech, it, R&D, product, etc.)
Distinctive and proven managerial skills of a medium-large scale operation (same or similar) – a must
Knowledge of technological/ on-line/ platform trends sufficient to build strategy
Forming budgets and business plan

 Working in a leading company in the online field, taking responsibility for a IT service for call center and back office employees 

Job description

The IT will be in charge of all office infrastructure and systems functionality, networking equipment and architecture and data security mechanisms. 

 

Skills

0.5+ years as an IT in a 100+ employee’s organization. Experience from the online industry – advantage. 

Familiar with MS servers administration – DC, Exchange, Hyper- V, office 365

Experienced with VoIP and PBX telephon systems - Optional
